My 3 Peaks Yacht Race blog.
On the 28th June 2008 I will be doing the 3 Peaks Yacht Race, that involves racing by boat between the highest peaks in Wales, England and Scotland, and then running and cycling up the peaks themselves. It covers 389 sea miles sailing, 18 miles cycling, and 72 miles of running and is completed over several days. My role is this whole venture is as a runner/biker.
